The MA Human Resource Management (CIPD Accredited) is designed for those wishing to embark on a career in HR or people management, as well as professionals already in the field looking to enhance their expertise. With over 50 years of experience in HR education, the institution provides a comprehensive curriculum that develops the professional skills, knowledge, and behaviours required to be an effective HR practitioner in any global industry. Students can study full-time over one year or part-time over two years. An additional pathway, the MA Human Resource Management with Professional Experience, is available as a 24-month course, which includes a 12-month placement to gain practical industry experience. The course covers fundamental topics such as talent management, HR strategy, data analytics, and leadership. By integrating theoretical foundations with practical applications, the programme prepares students to navigate complex business environments and contribute to positive organisational culture and employee wellbeing. Tuition Fee Details

Full-time UK students: £13,300. Part-time UK students: £88 per credit, or £44 per dissertation credit. CIPD membership is included in the fees. The university reserves the right to increase postgraduate tuition fees in line with changes to legislation, regulation and any government guidance or decisions. The tuition fees for part-time UK study are subject to annual review and the institution reserves the right to increase the fees each academic year by no more than the level of inflation.
