The Games Design MA at Middlesex University London is designed for aspiring professionals looking to shape the future of interactive entertainment. The course also offers a one-year full-time option with an additional 12-month placement, providing valuable industry experience. Students will work within MDX Studios, a vibrant, industry-connected hub, gaining hands-on experience with high-end hardware and software, including Unreal Engine and motion capture technology. By collaborating on multidisciplinary projects and engaging with real-world industry briefs, students develop the creative, technical, and leadership skills necessary for a successful career in the games, XR, and digital entertainment sectors. Tuition Fee Details

Full-time UK students: £13,700. Part-time UK students: £90 per credit or £45 per dissertation credit. A 20% discount is offered to all new MA students on this course, with a higher 40% tuition fee reduction available to Middlesex University graduates. The university reserves the right to increase postgraduate tuition fees in line with changes to legislation, regulation and any government guidance or decisions. Tuition fees for part-time UK study are subject to annual review and the institution reserves the right to increase the fees each academic year by no more than the level of inflation.
