Course Description

This Postgraduate Certificate in Legal Practice is a Level 7 course designed for law graduates who want to have the best possible preparation for Part One of the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE 1). The course is designed to meet the diverse needs of students who wish to qualify as solicitors, providing practical legal knowledge to supplement a degree or Graduate Diploma in Law. Students can study full-time for one semester or part-time across two semesters. The institution offers a flexible timetable, allowing UK students to study on campus during the day, online in the evening, or a combination of both. International students can study online in the evenings. Classes are delivered live by experienced legal practitioners and academics through lectures, workshops, and seminars. Students also gain access to the institution's Pro Bono Legal Advice Clinic, which can provide up to six months of qualifying work experience, contributing towards the requirements for qualifying as a solicitor.

Tuition Fee Details

The tuition fee for UK home students is £4,000 per year for full-time study and £2,000 per year for part-time study.
