The BSc (Hons) Human Resource Management is a three-year, Level 6 programme, with a four-year route available that includes a foundation year for applicants who would benefit from additional preparation before progressing to degree-level study. The programme covers the theory and practice of managing people and organisations and leads to a full bachelor’s degree awarded by the University of West London (UWL). The programme is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), reflecting its alignment with current professional standards in human resource management. Graduates may progress to HR or people management roles across a range of sectors, or to further study, depending on individual circumstances.
For UK home students, tuition fees are £5,760 for the Foundation Year, followed by £9,790 per year for each subsequent year of study (Years 1–3). Tuition fees are reviewed annually and may be subject to change by the institution in line with government regulations and guidance.
Year 1 Entry

You also need GCSE English and Maths (grade 9-4 / A*-C) or Level 2 equivalents.
Level 5 (year 2) entry
To directly enter the second year of this course, you will need to show appropriate knowledge and experience. For example, you are an ideal candidate if you have 120 undergraduate credits at Level 4 or a CertHE in a related subject area.
Level 6 (year 3) entry
To directly enter the third year of this course, you need to show appropriate knowledge and experience. For example, you are an ideal candidate if you have 240 undergraduate credits (at Levels 4 and 5), a DipHE, foundation degree or HND in a related subject area.
Foundation Year Entry

Mature applicants (aged 21+):
Mature applicants (aged 21+): If you do not hold the qualifications listed but have relevant work experience, you are welcome to apply. Your application will be considered on an individual basis.
Applicants applying as mature students, or those whose previous qualifications were not taught and assessed in English, will be required to complete an English language assessment on campus.
This assessment is used to ensure that all students have the necessary level of English proficiency to successfully undertake their studies. Applicants will be contacted with further details as part of the admissions process.
