Course Description

Tuition Fee Details

Year 1:

A Levels: CCD (88 UCAS Tariff Points) including Maths, Computing or Physics

International Baccalaureate: 24 points including Maths, Computing or Physics

Year 2:

A Levels: BBC (112 UCAS Tarrif points) including Computing or evidence of programming

International Baccalaureate: 28 points including Computing or evidence of programming

BTEC Extended Diploma: DDM

SQA HNC/BTEC Level 4 HNC: Networking (with programming); Cyber Security; Computing Science (with networking modules)

Year 3:

SQA HND/BTEC Level 5 HND: Networking (with programming); Cyber Security;

Computing Science (with networking modules); Information Security, Networking and Cloud Infrastructure

English Language Requirements


IELTS

The University accepts the IELTS Academic module (not General Training) with the following scores:

Overall score: 6.0

No sub-test below: 5.5

The following English proficiency tests are also accepted for admission, applicable to both home/EU and international students:

Cambridge Certificate of Advanced English (CAE): 176 overall; no sub-test below 169

Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE): 176 overall; no sub-test below 169

Trinity College London Integrated Skills in English (ISE II): Minimum of a Pass in all sub-tests

Pearson PTE Academic English: Overall score of 59–64, with no element below 59

TOEFL iBT: Overall score of 78, with minimum sub-test scores:

Skills for English (SELT): Overall score of 6, with a minimum of 5.5 in all skills
