Course Description

The BSc Business Management (Human Resource Management) with Integrated Foundation Year is a four year degree focused on business, management and effective people management. Students develop an understanding of organisations, HRM theory and practice, management decision making and analytical approaches used in business scenarios. The course also supports employability and interpersonal skill development.

Tuition Fee Details

Tuition fee for foundation year is £5,760 and £9,790 per year for years 1 to 3. Fees are paid to Birkbeck, University of London. Fees may increase in line with government guidance or inflationary measures, with changes communicated in advance.

UK qualifications

UCAS 48 points.

GCSE Grade C, Grade 4 or equivalent in English and Maths.

RPL from other provider, HN or Degree.

Other qualifications

Overseas or EU high school qualification equivalent to UK Level 3, subject to confirmation.

English Language Requirements


GCSE

GCSE, AS or A Level in English Language or Literature grade C or above.

IELTS

IELTS 6.5 overall, with no less than 6 in each component.

William College Internal English Assessment. Other national and international tests may be applicable to an equivalent standard.

Alternative entry may include a 300 word Personal Statement describing relevant skills developed through professional and life experience, and a CV showing a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a customer facing or skills based role.
