Course Description

This four-year degree course is designed for students who wish to pursue a career in marketing but do not currently meet the entry requirements for a standard three-year undergraduate degree. The programme begins with an intensive foundation year (Year 0), which provides a supportive environment to develop essential academic skills, including critical thinking, presentation, and writing. This multidisciplinary year helps students build confidence and prepare for the rigours of higher education. Upon successful completion of the foundation year, students progress directly into the three-year Marketing BA (Hons) degree, studying alongside direct-entry students. The course offers a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical application, with opportunities to engage with industry-experienced guest speakers and work on live client briefs. Students benefit from comprehensive support services, including careers and wellbeing guidance, ensuring they are well-equipped for their future professional journey. Whether studying full-time or part-time, this course provides a flexible and inclusive route to achieving a full undergraduate degree.
