Course Description

This four-year degree course is designed for students who wish to build a strong portfolio and develop the essential skills required to succeed in an undergraduate degree. By incorporating an intensive foundation year (Year 0), the course provides a supportive gateway into higher education, allowing you to immerse yourself in an academic environment alongside undergraduate students. You will explore creative practices, develop technical abilities, and gain confidence in your design approach within the institution's School of Art, Architecture and Design. The foundation year focuses on visual imagery, practical making, and spatial awareness, preparing you for the subsequent three years of study. Available as a full-time or part-time programme, this course offers a flexible path for those looking to establish an individual direction in interior architecture and design. With access to expert tutors, design workshops, and industry-focused projects, you will be well-prepared to progress through your degree and into your future career.
