Course Description

The BA (Hons) Business and Management (Law) with Integrated Foundation Year begins with a foundation year in Business Management, introducing students to essential business principles within the context of law. The programme develops communication, digital, academic, business and management skills while exploring key legal concepts through modules such as Law for Business Enterprise, Exploring Law in Business and Law Project. It is designed for students who want to build confidence for careers in business, enterprise or corporate environments, while gaining a strong legal edge.

Tuition Fee Details

Tuition fee for foundation year is £5,760 and £9,790 per year for years 1 to 3. Fees will be paid to Bath Spa University. Fees may increase in line with government guidance or inflationary measures, and any changes will be communicated in advance.

UK qualifications

60 credit Ofqual qualification at Level 3.

Applicants under the age of 21 will be considered with five GCSEs passed at grade 4 or above, which must include maths and English.

Other qualifications

Applicants with other qualifications are welcome to apply. The qualification will be assessed by the Admissions Team to verify its UK equivalency.

All qualifications must have been achieved within no more than five years of the course commencement date.

English Language Requirements


GCSE

GCSE English Language grade 4/C or above, Level 2

IELTS

IELTS 5.5 overall, with no less than 5.5 in each component.

Other

Accepted evidence includes Functional Skills Qualification in English, Duolingo English Test: 95 level overall with no less than 95 in each component, or William College Internal English Assessment.
